Lots of fun, thanks to those who showed!

http://www.riffage.com/ seems to run a pretty artist-friendly ship. They handle merchandise and mp3 sales on commission - no fee up front, which is crucial to their success.

I unfairly slagged Liquid for their backers and felt the wrath. These are good folks, they are just behind the PR eight ball because of the (valid) perception that they work for "the man."

My impression of a couple of RLE's statements was: a) Media in new digital formats is just beginning to emerge.. we're at 5% or less of saturation for this market and b) That mp3 (mp4, et al), has already won this format war.
